Colin started his career as an Investment Advisor with Canaccord Genuity in 1996, where he focused on raising capital for junior resource companies listed on the Canadian TSX Venture Exchange. Most commonly, he would assist in IPO private placements and reverse-takeovers and mergers. In 2003, Colin moved offshore and worked for two full-service brokerage companies until 2013 when he opened his own regulated broker-dealer business. He currently serves as director on a number of private equity firms.

Nathan joined the Yandera project in 2015 as Exploration Manager, was appointed General Manager in January 2018, and CEO in March 2019. He is a certified professional and licensed geologist with over 20 years in the minerals industry, including technical and management experience on green and brown fields exploration, development projects, and active mines. He has worked on a variety of base and precious metal projects for large, mid-tier, and junior mining and exploration companies in the US, Alaska, Mexico, South Africa, and PNG.
